Our Pricing Structure
Department of Labor (DOL) limited scope opinion audit for defined contribution plans, including 401(k) and 403(b) Plans.

401(k) Audits
Base Fee $4,150.00
Active Participant Fee
  • Minimum 100 participants
  • Maximum participant fee
    		• each 2.00
    2,000.00
    One-Time First Year Audit Fee (may be waived) 1,000.00
    Additional Fee for Plans that allow Loans to Participants 1,000.00
    Additional Fee for a Full Scope Audit (if required) 1,500.00
    Additional Fee if FASB ASC 820 Disclosure Level 3 is required 500.00
    Additional Fee if the Plan has Multiple Service Providers 500.00

    403(b) Audits
    Base Fee $4,150.00
