Active Participant Fee
  • Minimum 100 participants
  • Maximum participant fee
    		• each 2.00
    2,000.00
    One-Time First Year Audit Fee
  • may be waived for 401(k) audit
  • may be waived for 403(b) audit if single investment vendor
    		• 1,000.00
    Additional Fee for Plans that allow Loans to Participants 1,000.00
    Additional Fee for a Full Scope Audit (if required) 1,000.00
    Additional Fee if FASB Statement #157 Disclosure Level 3 is required 500.00
