Investment Coordinator – Hutchinson

FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Position Summary

The individual in this position provides sales and administrative support to one or more Registered Representatives and their clients. Insures that processes and procedures are in compliance with FINRA.  This individual has knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Required Experience and Education

Bachelor degree with 3-5 years in relevant position or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires NASD series 7 and 66 licenses.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a filing system for Financial Services
  • Open new client accounts
  • Process checks and orders for clients
  • Input, maintain, and update client account data
  • Places trades as directed by advisors
  • Creates various reports and spreadsheets as requested by advisors
  • Serve as a liaison between the Registered Representatives and clients
  • Travel to other offices as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  There may be occasional overtime and travel to other offices.
