Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball’s Summer Interns Participate in Annual Community Service Day
The certified public accounting firm of Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered participated in an annual intern community service day on July 14, 2016.
“We are always delighted whenever our team members have the opportunity to volunteer in one of our surrounding communities,” said Brian Staats, CPA, managing partner at Adams, Brown Beran & Ball, Chartered. “Our annual intern community service day shows each of our interns our firm’s overall commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.”
Seven interns, Bailey Koerperich, Reagan Quick, Matthew Frank, Zachary Thiessen, Andrew Robben, Shari Humbard and Trent Horton, from various firm office locations, participated in the community service event. During the day, they assisted Mary Elizabeth Maternity Home, located in Hays, Kansas, with general yardwork, ranging from mowing the lawn to pulling weeds, edging, and trimming.
In 2016, the firm will employ a total of 13 interns and two student workers who hail from nine Kansas communities, including Hays, McPherson, Wichita, Colby, Junction City, Larned, Ness City, Oakley, and Victoria.
